A Powerbank Renting Service allows customers to rent portable power banks to charge their devices on the go. Customers can pick up, use, and return the power banks at any of our partner locations.

No, there's no need to bring your own charging cables. Each of our power banks comes equipped with built-in cables for convenience, providing a seamless rental experience.

It's simple! Just go to the machine located at any of our partner locations, follow the instructions to make a payment, and you'll be able to rent a power bank immediately.

Renting a power bank costs vary by location: £2 per hour with a maximum of £8 per day, or £2.50 per hour with a maximum of £10 per day. A deposit of £25 is required when renting the power bank.

You can use the rented power bank for up to 48 hours. However, if you don't return it within six days, we will consider it as a purchase and the £25 deposit will not be refunded. From then on, the power bank is yours to keep!

Returning a rented power bank is easy. Simply reinsert it into the BYTOO UK Powerbank Renting Machine at any of our partner locations. You don't need to do anything else! The machine will recognize the return, and your deposit will be automatically refunded to you.

If a rented power bank is damaged, the deposit of £25 will be used to cover the cost of the power bank.

Safety is our priority. All our power banks undergo stringent testing and certification. They are compliant with all necessary safety regulations.

First, please ensure that the power bank is turned on. You can do this by pressing the orange button located on the side of the power bank, which should light up three blue LED indicators. If you have a thick phone case, we recommend removing it to ensure the cable can be fully inserted into your device. If you continue to experience difficulties, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

After deducting the time you use our power bank and the amount we charge, the deposit is typically returned within an hour. However, the exact timing may vary depending on your bank's processing times.
